I first discovered Chad Schaefer (aka Cha Cha) when I was living in Austin, Texas. A friend of mine there was familiar with his photography and pointed me towards his flickr page. Chad documents the smaller, tucked-away honky tonks and dive bars of Austin with his arsenal of vintage cameras loaded with vintage film. He also does a fantastic job capturing decaying tourist traps and other roadside attractions and forgotten oddities from decades past. You can check out his website here and there’s an interview here for you to read as well. Enjoy!all photos ©Chad Schaefer
